Indemnification by Applicant/Parent/Guardian
By participating in the recording project, the applicant (or the applicant’s parent/guardian, if the applicant is under 18) releases and holds harmless The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, Global Music Partnership LLC, and their respective officers, employees, partners, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind—whether to person or property—arising directly or indirectly from participation in the recording, use of facilities, or related activities (including but not limited to rehearsals or promotional events), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage. The applicant further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC from and against any actual or alleged claims, demands, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in any legal proceedings, including pre-trial, trial, appeal, arbitration, or mediation) asserted by third parties and arising out of or related to the applicant’s actions or omissions in connection with the project.

Privacy and Data Usage:
The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC are committed to protecting applicant privacy. Personal information will be used solely for administering the recording project and related promotional activities and will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes without prior consent, except as required by law. Personal information may be shared with affiliates or service providers (e.g., recording studios, cloud storage providers) solely for project-related purposes, with appropriate safeguards in place, such as encryption and confidentiality agreements.
For applicants under the age of 18, consent is provided by the applicant’s parent/guardian on behalf of both the minor and, where applicable, the parent/guardian’s own information.

Use of Personal Information and Media
As a condition of participation in the recording project, each applicant (or the applicant’s parent/guardian, if the applicant is under 18) grants The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC
the following rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
a) To collect and use the applicant’s personal information, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other information necessary for project administration (e.g., emergency contact details or instrument information), solely for administering the recording project and related activities, in accordance with the Global Music Partnership LLC Privacy Policy, available at [website];
b) To use the applicant’s name, photograph, video or audio recordings, likeness, voice, performance details, and biographical information for promotional, marketing, archival, or other lawful purposes related to the recording project, without additional compensation, in any media, including digital, print, broadcast, or other forms of media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, for the duration of the project and for a period of [e.g., 5 years] thereafter, unless prohibited by law;
c) To publicly disclose the applicant’s name and city and state/province of residence in connection with the recording project or related promotional activities in any media, including digital, print, or other forms of media, now known or hereafter developed.

The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC (collectively referred to as the "Organizers") assume no responsibility or liability for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered entries, notifications, responses, releases, or any defective application forms. The Organizers are also not responsible for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software, or technical malfunctions, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of audition materials, application forms, or any other project-related submissions.
The Organizers are not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by applicants, regardless of the cause. Further, the Organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage to the applicant, the applicant's group members, or any related parties, nor to any computer or device, related to or resulting from participation in the recording project or downloading materials from the associated websites or platforms.
The Organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, or update the project guidelines, rules, website, or related policies at any time, without prior notice.

While we deeply appreciate the effort and talent of all performers, the inclusion of any performance in the final album is ultimately at the discretion of the producers. If the performance quality does not meet the standards required for the album, the organizers reserve the right not to include it. However, all performers will be notified of the final decision, and we are committed to recognizing everyone’s contribution to the project in other ways, including potential promotional opportunities.
