Privacy and Data Usage:
The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC are committed to protecting applicant privacy. Personal information will be used solely for administering the recording project and related promotional activities and will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes without prior consent, except as required by law. Personal information may be shared with affiliates or service providers (e.g., recording studios, cloud storage providers) solely for project-related purposes, with appropriate safeguards in place, such as encryption and confidentiality agreements.
For applicants under the age of 18, consent is provided by the applicant’s parent/guardian on behalf of both the minor and, where applicable, the parent/guardian’s own information.
Use of Personal Information and Media
As a condition of participation in the recording project, each applicant (or the applicant’s parent/guardian, if the applicant is under 18) grants The Music School of Delaware, Blue Griffin Recording Label, and Global Music Partnership LLC
the following rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
a) To collect and use the applicant’s personal information, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other information necessary for project administration (e.g., emergency contact details or instrument information), solely for administering the recording project and related activities, in accordance with the Global Music Partnership LLC Privacy Policy, available at [website];
b) To use the applicant’s name, photograph, video or audio recordings, likeness, voice, performance details, and biographical information for promotional, marketing, archival, or other lawful purposes related to the recording project, without additional compensation, in any media, including digital, print, broadcast, or other forms of media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, for the duration of the project and for a period of [e.g., 5 years] thereafter, unless prohibited by law;
c) To publicly disclose the applicant’s name and city and state/province of residence in connection with the recording project or related promotional activities in any media, including digital, print, or other forms of media, now known or hereafter developed.
