2. A music stand
3. For cellists - endpin stopper/anchor
4. Music parts (organized and performance-ready in a binder or on an iPad)
5. Pencils (for rehearsals)

After that follow these steps:

• Arrive at the Visitor Check-in Office (801 1st Avenue at 45th Street, across from the UN Visitors Entrance) at least 60 minutes before your intended entry* with a valid, original government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or national ID in Latin/Roman characters; no photocopies or digital images accepted).
• After ID verification, you’ll receive a security pass or wristband, then proceed to the UN Visitors Entrance (46th Street and 1st Avenue) for security screening.

*Accompanying persons may arrive together at 11:30 a.m., drop off performers with the group, and, after picking up the pass, proceed to the security check-in and enter the UN.
