The GMP National Honors Ensemble is an active, multi-state program that unites talented pre-college and college musicians from across the United States in high-profile performances, community service, and volunteer projects — the kind of well-rounded experience that stands out on college applications. Through solo, chamber, and ensemble performances, fundraising for charitable organizations, and community initiatives, we nurture the next generation of leaders who make a lasting impact far beyond the stage.
Our members have performed at the United Nations, Harvard University, Yale University, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Washington D.C., Flint Institute of Music, Modelhof World Festival of Performing Arts in Switzerland — and counting. They receive official volunteer service recognition, recommendation letters, and real-world performance experience that colleges notice. GMP alumni have been accepted to UPenn, NYU, Cornell, Princeton, Oxford, Boston College, and more.
We provide one-of-a-kind performing and volunteer opportunities to students of all backgrounds and career aspirations. GMP gives them a stage, a community, and a purpose.
Accepting students of all backgrounds.
