2020 GMP International Music Competition in New York
The 2020 Global Music Partnership International Music Competition took place in New York City as a part of the Young Talents World Festival of Performing Arts. During the week of the festival, young aspiring musicians were offered an amazing opportunity to participate in masterclasses, seminars, compete for awards, and perform in New York City's prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, City University of New York, the National America Opera Center, and the United Nations General Headquarters. Global Music Partnership is committed to provide the most outstanding performing and educational opportunities and create memories that will last a lifetime.

"Thank you so much for all the opportunities the Shand Honors Flute Trio had last week. It was truly transformational!
It would be impossible to describe the impact of all the many things they experienced, but please know that their lives will never be same – as musicians or as young people.
The work you do is so great – and so important!"
- Davin Pierson Torre.
Director of the Flint School of Performing Arts
